Food insecurity is defined as being without access to a sufficient quantity of affordable, nutritious food. In 2018 a study found that 43% of Oklahoma State University Students had been food insecure at some point that year. The OSU Student Government Association wanted to help out by opening a food pantry for students to utilize whenever needed. Maggie Burke has the story.
