Lake Carl Blackwell is a picturesque reservoir located just outside of Stillwater. The area offers a wide range of recreational activities including sand beaches, swimming, fishing, boating, a lake side convenience store, water skiing, camping, hiking, hunting and miles of equestrian riding trails.
