OSU-CHS Research Spotlight: Al Rouch

Al Rouch, Ph.D., associate professor of physiology at OSU Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS), is researching salt sensitivity, or how salt intake affects blood pressure. He is interested in why some people respond differently to salt depending on their age and gender. His research also explores methods to measure salt sensitivity in an effort to more effectively treat high blood pressure.
