Oklahoma State University alumnus Garth Brooks and OSU President Kayse Shrum appear for a press conference. Brooks will perform two concerts at The McKnight Center for the Performing Arts as fundraisers to support OSU student scholarships, and the press conference will be focused on that effort. Each of these performances will target a specific audience, with one limited to students (April 14) and the other limited to alumni and donors (April 15). The scholarship program will directly benefit students pursuing degree programs at OSU, advancing OSU’s land-grant mission to improve access to higher education.
