ARCHIVES: Margaret Truman’s Visit to OSU in the 1950s

Norma Barnes Crane, a native of Hobart, Oklahoma attended Oklahoma A&M College from 1949-1953. While on campus, Norma wrote for the Daily O’Collegian all four years and served as the Assistant Society Editor, Society Editor and Associate Editor during her tenure. In this oral history interview excerpt from the O-STATE Stories oral history collection, Crane talks about covering the visit of presidential daughter Margaret Truman for the student newspaper.
